1 Employee information management system
Maintenance & updation of employee database in HRMS



Making entries for various HR processes (like employment, confirmation, DD, policy related payments, etc.) in the system


Data clean up at regular intervals

Maintenance of all employee related database in HRMS and server folders management





2 Smooth confirmation of new joiners
Initiating the Confirmation process of new incumbents, planning reviews and issuing letter



Timely completion of confirmation process





3 Ensuring high levels of Employee Engagement
Designing and launching the ARC calendar



Timely and efficiently organizing ARC activities as per timelines



Bringing BHRs together and working coherently with them to get the employee engagement activities completed in time



Good feedback for all initiatives





4 NMS training need analysis and delivery of programs
Identify training needs in consultation with functional heads.



Identify relevant training programs and trainers in consultation with functional head, BHR.



Preparation & implementation of training plan.



Monitoring and tracking the effectiveness



Compliance of training calendar for NMS





5 Managing the annual Performance Management process of employees
Ensuring smooth and timely initiation of the DD process



Timely handing of letters and disbursement of increment



Ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of Bonus



Handling employee queries post process



Timely & Error free completion of NMS Appraisal





6 Handling Employee Relations/Grievances
Maintaining healthy employee interaction on a regular basis so as to understand people's needs/ concerns and providing quick & relevant solutions for the same



Handling employee queries and grievances related to all HR process, policies and other areas/conflicts



Providing feasible solutions to the issues in timely fashion





7 Other DM Activities
Timely completion of the following:


Org structure updation Circulars & Communication Employee Transfers HR approvals as per policy Rewards & recognitions
Ensuring timely completion of DM activities





8 Process improvement & new process development
Indulge in process improvement & development by taking annual projects in BHR and also contributing/involving in CHR projects



Timely completion of Team projects





9 Smooth exit of employees
Working in sync with all the processes/functions for smooth completion of exit formalities of employee.


Managing end to end employee exit formalities (system entry, no dues completion, etc.)



No delay in processing F&F





10 Preparation of the annual HR budget for CO
Timely preparation of S&W and welfare budget for CO based on annual planning for subsequent year


Calculation of current years estimated actuals in the most precise manner


Collecting inputs from Admin, Accounts for actuals


Consolidation of current year Expenses


Preparing S&W budget based on current and future manpower planning


Preparing welfare budget


Calculation on variance based on actuals



Timely preparation of S&W and welfare budget





11 Review of monthly HR initiatives & maintaining MIS
Monitor & review monthly HR activities for their timely and smooth completion


Identify scope of improvement and indulge in taking initiatives for better employee engagement and process improvement



Preparation, updation and presentation of monthly HR MIS reports.





12 Review and update of people policies
Reviewing current policies & practices


Strive to bring new and more relevant policies based on employee needs and industry trends
