5 Managing the annual Performance Management process of employees
Ensuring smooth and timely initiation of the DD process

6 Handling Employee Relations/Grievances
Maintaining healthy employee interaction on a regular basis so as to understand people's needs/ concerns and providing quick & relevant solutions for the same
Handling employee queries and grievances related to all HR process, policies and other areas/conflicts
Providing feasible solutions to the issues in timely fashion

9 Smooth exit of employees
Working in sync with all the processes/functions for smooth completion of exit formalities of employee.
Managing end to end employee exit formalities (system entry, no dues completion, etc.)
No delay in processing F&F
10 Preparation of the annual HR budget for CO
Timely preparation of S&W and welfare budget for CO based on annual planning for subsequent year
Calculation of current years estimated actuals in the most precise manner
Collecting inputs from Admin, Accounts for actuals
Consolidation of current year Expenses
Preparing S&W budget based on current and future manpower planning
Preparing welfare budget
Calculation on variance based on actuals

11 Review of monthly HR initiatives & maintaining MIS
Monitor & review monthly HR activities for their timely and smooth completion
