Here are the main job responsibilities:

To work with respective Project Managers to plan, schedule and execute required civil construction work for projects. To work with civil design consultants to decide civil designs incorporating all local statutory and LANXESS corporate requirement. To plan and execute daily civil maintenance activities for plant and colony buildings. To work with contractors for zero incident safety performance, timely and within Budget completion of the Projects. Civil Project execution and support team for commissioning. Developing and implementing condition monitoring programs, walkways, building stability, structures, painting, drains, dykes, roads, equipment foundations and general civil requirements. MIS Preperation and Inventory Management Compliance to Lexcore Directives & follow procedures of ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 in related area. Implementation of HSE practices in all areas of responsibility.
