Ensure all civil works follow safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor maintenance expenses and implement cost-effective solutions.Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and residents to address facility-related concerns. Collaboration within departments Admin, Security, IT, Electrical.Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to enhance township infrastructure and maintenance efficiency.Min 1 year of experience in Facility Management in Port/Township
