Overview: Must be CPC/ CCS certified with a minimum of 3 years\' experience in E&M/ Denial coding. Must have thorough knowledge in Modifiers, CMS guidelines and Denial concepts in Coding. Must be good with MS Office, specially Excel and PPT. Must be flexible with shift timing and willing to provide additional support based onprocess requirement. Must have Strong Communication Skills. Active CPC/CCS Codinglicensewithout apprentice. Qualifications: Any bachelor\'s degree Any science graduate is preferable. Active CPC/CCS Coding license without apprentice Experience: E&M, Denial coding experience is mandatory. Good Knowledge of Major, Minor surgeries and Surgical guidelines Communication Skill: Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills Working Hours: 40 hours per week as Full-time employee Shift time: 8.00 AM TO 5.00 PM IST Weekends Off Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable: High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband. Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy. Skills and abilities: Thorough clinical knowledge on CMS guidelines, E&M coding, Denial concepts, analyzing medical records and on Modifiers. Strong personal and professional ethics Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders Maintenance and updating reports as required Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required Work independently and as a team Liaison with the program/project manager as required Good team player & collaborative in approach Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
