1. Daily menu edits
a. Cities will explain the SOP for daily menu edits
b. Follow the SOP to create daily menu edits for the Pop menu
c. Make real time changes to menu based on feedback from city teams
2. Restaurant On-boarding
a. Create sales to catalog files for each city based on menu shared by city teams
b. QC data before sending to catalog for creations
3. Campaigns and Merchandising for city
a. Create a merchandising calendar and execute the requests for the city.
b. Check and monitor the campaigns for the city
c. Maintain item level prices for the cities during campaigns
4. Item level data management
a. Manage edits and hygiene of item level data in Pop as per requirements from menu
