Job Summary: As a key member of the Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in lead and opportunity generation. Your responsibilities will include conducting cold calls, sending emails, and leveraging social media to generate leads. You will schedule initial meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify event participants, and promote product awareness on behalf of the sales and marketing teams. The Inside Sales team is responsible for the initial lead generation and qualifications, as well as solutions selling across products, services, and solutions. Your efforts will support sales and business development by pipelining qualified leads and setting up new opportunity calls using the solutions provided within the organization. You will assist the Information Analytics Group in their sales and marketing strategies to grow and acquire new customers.
