Job Description

:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fulfil the role of B2C Logistics. The candidate will be responsible
for ensuring smooth logistics operations, effective communication, and coordination with various
stakeholders, including vendors, 3PL providers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess
regional knowledge, good computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
? B2C Operations
1. Coordinate all aspects of B2C logistics day-to-day operations including Last Mile Deliveries, Middle
Mile connections, transportation planning, route optimization, carrier management, and delivery
scheduling.
2. Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with
service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Data mining and analysis to churn out meaningful intelligence to improve Customer Delivery
Experience
4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of logistics operations and
identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and other vendors to
negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and optimize service levels.
6. Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian topography, roads, and transportation routes to facilitate
efficient logistics operations.
7. Communication and Coordination: Effective communication and coordination with different logistics
stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
8. Resolving Pickup and Drop Issues: Prompt resolution of any issues related to pickups and drops to
minimize disruptions in operations.
? Field Visit
Regular visits to B2C/B2B vendor Hubs/DCs for understanding callouts, addressing concerns, and
building strong relationships
? Competencies
1. Willingness to address emergencies in non-working hours
2. Basic Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of basic logistics principles and processes to facilitate
smooth operations.
3. Stakeholder Management: Skilful management of relationships with various stakeholders involved in
the logistics chain.
4. 3PL Management: Oversight of third-party logistics providers to ensure adherence to service level
agreements and quality standards.
5. Vendor Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance to drive
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related
field. Engineering preferred.
? Prior experience in logistics operations or warehouse management preferred.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
? Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
