Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats- Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.- Perform effective online demos for prospects- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors Requirements and skills - Proven inside sales experience years - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong phone presence and experience dialing - Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools- Strong listening and presentation skills.
