Summary



The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for business development, managing existing client base, for General Insurance Products. This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities -



Sales Planning:



Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Role Expectations:



Graduation is a MUST. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry, with at least 2 years of experience in handling General Insurance Products.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.

Stages of Interview



Initial Screening by the HR department

F2F screening by the Associate Director & Technical Video with Executive Vice President (Sales)

Any assignment given if need be

Final discussion with the Director & Promoter of CIBPL
