Job Profile:

Develop and implement TPM strategies to maximize equipment uptime and effectiveness. Facilitate Kaizen events to promote continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Develop and implement 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) programs to improve workplace organization and efficiency. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for yield enhancement and waste reduction. Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Implement and monitor process changes to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Lead and manage process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant standards. Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and key performance indicators to senior management. Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to align improvement efforts with organizational goals.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant software tools. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing. * Experience in a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment.
