Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Business Development (Media Sales)

with experience in television, digital media, print media houses, or advertising agencies. You will drive brand partnerships and digital media sales by identifying potential clients, pitching media solutions, and closing deals. This role involves complete ownership of the sales process -- from lead generation to deal execution -- while working closely with the marketing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers for digital media collaborations. Present and pitch Boss Wallah's media network capabilities and brand integration opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings (online/offline) with potential clients. Understand client objectives and create customised media proposals. Negotiate commercials and close deals within expected timelines. Work with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business. Track market trends, competitor activities, and brand advertising spends. Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience:

1-4 years in media sales / brand partnerships / ad sales (TV, radio, digital, or media agencies).

Background:

Mandatory experience with media houses (TV, digital, or print). Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills. Understanding of brand storytelling, digital media, and content-driven marketing. Strong presentation skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in:

TV Channels:

TV9, ETV, Sun Network, Asianet, Zee, Colors, etc.

Digital Media Companies:

YouTube networks, content studios, digital publishers.

Advertising / Media Agencies.
