Company Description Rossari Animal Health and Nutrition is a leading producer of poultry feed supplements and additives in the compound feed market in India. We offer over 100+ in-house manufactured products in this category. Our focus is on creating high-quality products that enhance animal health and nutrition. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that include daily oversight of operational functions, report generation and analysis, monitoring production levels, inventory management, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining adherence to regulatory compliance standards. The role is located in Ambala. Qualifications Excellent leadership and management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of feed manufacturing and animal nutrition Experience in supply chain management and inventory control Experience in regulatory compliance and certifications such as ISO or HACCP Bachelor\'s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master\'s degree would be a plus.
