Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive - Aftermarket Sales to manage and grow the sales of pistons and piston rings in the aftermarket segment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engine components, distribution networks, and have a proven track record in B2B and channel sales and LinkedIn Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive aftermarket sales of pistons and piston rings across assigned territory.
? Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers.
? Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners.
? Conduct regular market visits to track competition, gather customer feedback, and support partners.
? Implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
? Collaborate with the technical team to address product issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
? Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field (preferred).
? 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, specifically for automotive engine components.
? Strong knowledge of pistons and piston rings and their applications.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Familiar with distributor/channel sales model and rural market dynamics.
? Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
