Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive - Aftermarket Sales to manage and grow the sales of pistons and piston rings in the aftermarket segment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engine components, distribution networks, and have a proven track record in B2B and channel sales and LinkedIn Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


Drive aftermarket sales of pistons and piston rings across assigned territory.


Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers.


Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners.


Conduct regular market visits to track competition, gather customer feedback, and support partners.


Implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and market share.


Collaborate with the technical team to address product issues and ensure customer satisfaction.


Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.


Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.


Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Qualifications & Skills:


Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field (preferred).


5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, specifically for automotive engine components.


Strong knowledge of pistons and piston rings and their applications.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Familiar with distributor/channel sales model and rural market dynamics.


Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
