? Minimum Educational Qualification: BBA/B.Com./B.Sc/B.Ed/B.Tech/MBA/MSc/B.Ed/M.Ed./B.Sc/B.Tech

Roles & Responsibilities
? Assisting in Admission Process, Onboarding Support and Operations of Online Education ? analyze students' academic performance through regular Monitoring of students, proactively identify and address student issues and challenges, implement timely interventions and support mechanisms.
? Supervision of classroom operations, Data Management and Crosschecking.
? Maintaining Regular Communication with Parents, conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss students' progress, address concerns, and provide counselling on academic and behavioral issues.
? Assisting in all Operations of the Online Division including (but not limited to) Class Operations, Test Planning and Conduction, Parents' Teachers Meeting etc.
? Basic Counselling of Students and Parents.
Skills :
? CRM Softwares, MS Office, Google workplace, Zoho workplace, Advanced Excel, Pivot table, Vlookup, Data Analysis, leadership skill, Decision Making, Problem Solving.
