The Senior Executive - Administration will act as a critical support function to the Administration Manager, assisting in execution and coordination of day-to-day administrative tasks as well as must have aviation cargo logistics knowledge to handle customer services handling the queries of the clients, escalation as well as providing resolution of the same. The role involves hands-on supervision of support staff, vendor follow-ups, travel bookings, and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure cleanliness and service readiness.
Conduct routine office checks to ensure infrastructure and amenities are in place and functioning.
Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and service resolution.
Maintain records of admin inventory - stationery, pantry supplies, ID cards, uniforms, etc.
Assist in arranging company events, meetings, conferences, and guest visits.
Ensure smooth movement of documents, couriers, and internal communications.
Provide support in monitoring admin expenses, collecting quotations, and preparing comparison sheets.
Skill Set Required:
2-4 years of experience in office administration or facility coordination.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to track and follow up on multiple activities.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.
Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and external vendors.
Willingness to be on the ground and handle practical aspects of operations.
