Job Description

We are urgently hiring candidates for the role of Senior Executive-Office Admin at our leading Real Estate Company at CBD Belapur location.

Experience: 3+years into Admin role/Facility management

Location: CBD Belapur

Salary-35k-40k

Experience: Graduation Compulsory

Key Responsibilities:



Air Conditioning Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and regular servicing of air conditioning units across the office. Ensure timely preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and optimize cooling efficiency. Troubleshoot AC issues and coordinate with external vendors for repairs when needed.

Water Purifiers Management:

Ensure proper maintenance and regular servicing of water purifiers in the office. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water filtration and purification. Monitor the water quality and ensure timely replacement of filters or parts.

Electrical Systems Management:

Oversee the electrical systems within the office, including lighting, wiring, and any electrical appliances. Ensure compliance with safety standards, identifying and resolving any electrical hazards. Coordinate with electricians for any repairs, upgrades, or installations required in the office.

Office Boys Supervision:

Supervise and manage office boys, ensuring that office facilities are kept clean, organized, and maintained. Oversee the daily tasks of office boys, such as managing office supplies, running errands, and providing assistance to staff. Ensure that office boys follow safety and cleanliness standards and ensure they are properly trained to carry out their duties effectively.

Facility Management:

Ensure that the overall office environment is comfortable, clean, and functional for all employees. Handle any ad-hoc maintenance or repairs related to office facilities (furniture, appliances, etc.). Coordinate with external contractors for any specialized facility maintenance or repairs.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all equipment (AC, electrical, water purifiers, fire extinguishers) is operating in a safe and energy-efficient manner. Follow up on regular safety checks and reports, ensuring that all equipment complies with health and safety regulations. Act as a point of contact in the event of any emergencies related to technical systems in the office.

Inventory Management:

Maintain records of office supplies, including any technical equipment and consumables. Ensure that housekeeping inventory is stocked and available when needed. Manage the procurement process for technical supplies and coordinate with vendors.

Administrative Support:

Support other departments in any administrative or technical-related needs. Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and technical operations for future reference.
