Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement & Administration Manager to oversee the organization's procurement processes and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective sourcing, vendor management, and seamless administrative support while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:



Procurement:


Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on pricing, quality, and service.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.
Monitor purchase orders, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment as per project or operational requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management.

Administration:


Oversee day-to-day office operations including facility management, office supplies, and administrative staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards.
Manage vendor relationships for office services (housekeeping, security, utilities, maintenance, etc.).
Coordinate travel, logistics, and corporate events as required.
Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement software.
Strong communication and leadership skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
