Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or similar).
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Should have good Computer Knowledge .
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales and receivables.
2. Reconcile customer accounts and coordinate payment follow-ups.
3. Assist in preparing invoices, credit notes, and basic financial statements.
4. Support internal and statutory audits as required.
5.Coordinate with the finance team for accurate monthly closing.
Candidate should have positive attitude and the learning interest to take up more responsibilities.
