Job Title Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable
Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments and invoices.
About You:

• Ensures accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, credit notes.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and application of cash.
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
