About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Accounts Payable team as a Senior Executive. Based in Pune, this role is part of the VHA - Accounts Payable department and is responsible for managing invoice verification, processing, and vendor interactions. The individual will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments, resolving queries, and maintaining compliance with procurement and financial standards

What you'll do


------------------


Process supplier invoices in accordance with the Procure-to-Pay guidelines. Match and validate invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts. Follow up on exceptions with relevant business stakeholders. Handle foreign exchange invoices and ensure compliance with FX and funding procedures. Address and resolve internal and external queries related to invoices and payments. Maintain proactive communication with suppliers to ensure invoice compliance. Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

You have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procurement systems. You are skilled in managing vendor relationships and resolving payment-related issues. You demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in processing financial transactions. You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to meeting service level expectations. You are comfortable working in a structured environment with defined productivity and quality metrics.
