: Graduate, preferably B.Com/M.Com/ICWA/CA

Experience

: 4 - 8 years

Role & Responsibilities :

Accounting Entries of Petty Cash/Establishment Expenses/Sales Bills/ Purchase Bills/Contractor Bills/Other Project Related Expenses/Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors/Inter Unit Accounts.

Compiling Data for Goods and Service Tax returns (GST).

Compiling Financial Data for MIS Reports/P&L.

Compiling Data for issue of Tax Forms to Vendors/Receipt of Tax Forms from Customer.

Updating Sales/Purchases/Outstanding Receivables/Collection Data on Centralized folder.

Scrutiny of Establishment Expenses Bills, Purchase Bills, Contractor Bills/Other Project Related Expenses.

Preparation of Payment Requisition/Letter of Credit Requisition/BG requisition.

Cash, Bank, creditors and debtors reconciliation

GRN Verification.

TDS payment working.

Preparation of monthly cash and fund flow of respective project.

Reconciliation of purchase vs. sales and contractors bills vs. erection billing.
