We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to handle end-to-end bookkeeping, banking, indirect procurement, cost control, and vendor management functions for our Corporate and Director's Office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly reliable, and have a proven track record of stability and long tenure in past roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping and banking activities for Directors and Shareholders.
Handle all indirect purchases across departments.
Monitor and compare indirect budgets against actuals.
Ensure strict cost control measures are implemented and followed.
Manage vendor identification, negotiation, and relationships for indirect procurement.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial and procurement activities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and indirect procurement roles.
Strong knowledge of vendor management and cost control.
Proven record of stability and long tenure in previous employment.
Serious, responsible, and detail-oriented professional with strong ethics.
Compensation:
Salary Range: ?40,000 - ?70,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
