Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).
Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
Handle reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, inter-company, etc.).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in Capex.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
