We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive Accountant with 5-8 years of experience to lead core financial operations. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision support for business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct financial performance analysis and prepare variance reports
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Oversee account reconciliation and month-end/year-end closings
Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Manage tax filings (GST, TDS, VAT, corporate tax) and respond to tax authorities
Lead and support internal and external audits
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Conduct cost analysis and support financial aspects of key business decisions
Manage accounting systems, propose process improvements, and implement automation tools
Support financial strategy through data-driven analysis and forecasting
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience
Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and tax compliance
Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Good communication skills for coordination with vendors and clients
Experience in team leadership and performance management
