Key Responsibilities (KRAs):



1. Client Support & Relationship Management



Provide both pre-sales and post-sales assistance to the internal sales team. Handle client queries and conduct meetings or calls whenever required. Offer guidance and support throughout the admission and registration process. Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and respond to concerns promptly.

2. Operations & Task Management



Oversee internal post-admission processes and documentation. Ensure timely resolution of assigned tasks within defined SLAs. Coordinate with universities regarding student admission processes and requirements. Conduct follow-ups with internal teams or university representatives for timely updates. Keep all internal systems, data, and reports updated in real-time.

3. Communication & Collaboration



Act as a liaison between students and universities as needed. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline or improve operational workflows.

Requirements:Experience:



Minimum 1 year of experience in the education sector, with a focus on post-sales or backend operations. Prior experience in university coordination and regular interaction with academic institutions is essential. Total work experience of at least 2 years, preferably in education services. Experience with Study Abroad or higher education institutions is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:



Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal). Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Confident personality with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fast learner with strong adaptability and execution skills. Willingness to work in shifts, as required.
