The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events that enhance brand visibility and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of real estate events such as project launches, site visit events, promotional campaigns, and other events organized by company.
Develop event timelines, checklists, and execution plans to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee on-ground event execution and resolve issues in real time.
Vendor & Budget Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for event setup, branding, catering, audio-visuals, logistics, and other services.
Prepare detailed event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor documentation.
Marketing Coordination
Work closely with digital and offline marketing teams to plan event promotions, creatives, branding materials, and advertising requirements.
Coordinate event-related content for social media, print media, hoardings, and digital campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with sales, CRM, site teams, and leadership to align events with business and sales objectives.
Support sales teams during events by managing registrations, walk-ins, site visit flow, and customer engagement activities.
Logistics & Operations
Manage venue selection, permissions, transportation, manpower, and inventory required for events.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company guidelines during events.
Post-Event Reporting
Prepare post-event reports including attendance, leads generated, expenses, and overall performance.
Collect feedback from stakeholders and suggest improvements for future events.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in event management, preferably in real estate, retail, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work on weekends and travel as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
