Job Summary

Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget

Build and maintain vendor and venue relationships while managing the creative and logistical execution of events.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan events and coordinate with senior executives and industry leaders throughout the process."

Lead site visits and pre-event meetings to guide event design and resource planning

Manage all event logistics, including contracts, venues, vendors, security, catering, and guest coordination.

Maintain industry contact databases, troubleshoot event-day issues, and coordinate all aspects of event planning
