Job Description

Event Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end event operations from brief to closure. Develop detailed event execution plans, timelines, and checklists. Ensure smooth on-ground execution with minimal escalations. Act as the primary point of contact during event days.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and manage event operations executives, coordinators, and freelancers. Allocate responsibilities and ensure accountability across teams. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, client servicing, marketing). Handle client communication and manage expectations professionally.

Vendor & Partner Management

Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, decor, logistics, AV, catering, manpower). Ensure timely procurement, quality checks, and cost control. Maintain long-term vendor relationships and performance benchmarks.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and manage event budgets and cost sheets. Track expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Optimize operational costs without compromising quality.

Risk Management & Compliance

Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company guidelines. Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Post-Event Reporting

Conduct post-event evaluations and performance reviews. Prepare detailed event reports including learnings and improvements. Drive process improvements for future events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
