Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Event Manager

to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of high-impact events. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on management of end-to-end event operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional event experiences that align with brand objectives and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute a range of events, including corporate, promotional, and client-facing engagements from concept through to completion. Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies that support overall marketing and brand objectives. Lead cross-functional teams, external vendors, and strategic partners to ensure the seamless execution of all event elements. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and on-site operations. Identify and secure event venues, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure service excellence. Ensure events are fully compliant with legal, health, and safety regulations. Monitor event performance against KPIs and prepare post-event analysis, reports, and recommendations. Supervise and mentor junior event staff, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end event management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams, both internal and external. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong multitasking abilities and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments. Proficient in event management tools, budgeting software, and project management platforms. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Beneficial)

Experience with hybrid and virtual event formats. Familiarity with event marketing, lead generation, and ROI tracking. Certification in Project Management or Event Planning (e.g., CMP, CSEP) is a plus.
