, and leadership in pre-sales and estimation activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end

cost estimation

activities for mechanical projects across pre-bid and post-bid stages. Prepare and review

BOQs, BOMs, and cost break-ups

based on drawings, specifications, and scope. Perform accurate

unit conversions

(square feet, square meters, volume, weight, etc.) for pricing and cost analysis. Estimate project costs based on

area calculations (sq. ft. / sq. meter)

and engineering inputs. Drive

Zest in lead conversion

by supporting sales and business teams with competitive, revenue-focused estimates. Develop

pricing strategies

aligned with market trends, margins, and business objectives. Handle

tender estimation

, techno-commercial evaluations, and bid submissions. Maintain strong

market intelligence

on material pricing, vendor capabilities, and competitor benchmarks. Lead

vendor and client negotiations

to optimize cost and improve profitability. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising technical quality or compliance. Guide and mentor junior estimation engineers and review their deliverables. Prepare management reports on

cost analysis, bid success ratio, and revenue impact
