Job Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end tendering and costing activities

for residential projects. Study and analyze

tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work

related to

plumbing & firefighting

works. Prepare

detailed estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and project budgets

. Coordinate with

design, procurement, contracts, and site teams

for accurate costing. Manage

pre-bid queries, clarifications, and technical & commercial submissions

. Prepare and analyze

vendor and subcontractor comparative statements

. Support management in

finalizing bid pricing, negotiations, and approvals

. Maintain

tender records, MIS reports, and cost databases

. Identify

cost optimization and value engineering opportunities

. Ensure compliance with

company standards, timelines, and profitability targets

.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in

tendering, estimation, and costing

in

plumbing & firefighting

works. Excellent knowledge of

BOQ preparation, rate analysis, market rates, and specifications

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and tendering/estimation tools. Good understanding of

contracts and EPC/turnkey residential projects

. Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6

years of relevant experience

in tendering & costing. Experience in

large residential projects

is mandatory. Exposure to

EPC/turnkey projects

will be an added advantage.
Note : Only candidates with residential project experience will be considered; maintenance experience shall not be counted.
