Job Description

Job Type & Location - 1. This Job is purely a Quantity, Billing & Estimation job in civil engineering.
2. The job will be carried out as an office job more than a field job.
3. The fieldwork will only be done if necessary.
4. Location will be Khopoli, which comes between Mumbai & Pune.Key Responsibilities -
1. Prepare a measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings and check measurement.
2. List out the Materials items from the suppliers date-wise.
3. Analysis of Bill claimed by contractors or vendors and closing of the same.
4. Knowledge of Balances required for Project cost and utilizing the same for the next project too.
5. Review bills of quantities and item lists.
6. Vendor payment as per material received services and compared to work done.
7. Preparation of Rate analysis along with supporting Joint Measurement sheets (JMR) duly signed by the client prior to execution of works.
8. Prepare a Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates with rates from the Tender.
9. Processing invoice generating cost-related reports and documentation.
10. Audit and prepare reconciliation statements, how much material is coming, and how much materials are used in the process. And if wastage, how you can reconcile, and easy to handle the project.
11. Proper escalation with the time and control of the expenses.12. Providing technical support to the juniors.13. Responsible for cost estimates for the entire project.Have Knowledge Regarding 1. Must consistently acquire knowledge through the Method of Measurement of Building and Civil Engineering Works using the IS CODE mode of measurement.
2. Detailed knowledge of GCC (General Construction Contractor) means all of the equipment, machinery, and materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract. Knowing these will help you move ahead such as the project manager post.
3. You should develop negotiation skills, so that you could deal with vendors & Subcontractors, etc.
4. Know how to plan and budget accordingly.Experience -1. Must have 7-8 years of experience.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
