As a
Senior ERP Systems Consultant
, you'll have a crucial role in helping our internal and external customers achieve success by managing relationships and responding to their questions and service requests. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to tackle any issues, and you'll work very closely with the global support team (CIT) to prioritize and resolve issues.
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience in a technical role with a Minimum of 4 years of Functional Business Systems (ERP)/CRM experience
Experience working/integrating Marketing Automation Data into the CRM layer
Proficiency in designing and delivering Financial, Marketing, and Sales reports.
Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional setup for ERP systems
Experience in development, including workflows and custom scripts.
Knowledge of security and permissions in both financial and CRM.
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and how they are reflected in the general ledger.
Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP for system integrations
Hands on experience in ERP/CRM such as NetSuite and OpenAir..
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Business Systems team and ensure SLAs are met.
Coordinate and deliver day-to-day support requests
Work with business users and responding to functional questions and/or inquiries
Help users get familiar with ERPs functionality as needed
Assist in reviewing and troubleshooting technical problems
Work with Technical Support as needed to resolve problems
Document the resolution to common issues and update the internal Knowledge Base
Work with internal teams on managing and delivering projects, including the following:
Work with users on identifying key improvement areas and documenting requirements
Plan, estimate and execute the delivery of end-to-end solutions
Configure ERPs/CRMs to meet the specifications of the project(s) in question
Coordinate and/or assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the deliverables
* Communicate project status with internal key stakeholders
