Experience:
Candidates who have 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in managing network of any reputed organization with at least 3 years in any one of the following:
Level-2 resource in an organization in the business of providing Network Services, OR
As TAC resource of an OEM (in the field of network security devices such as firewall, IPS etc.) OR
c. Experience in managing network security for any organization in BFSI sector

Ensure closure of all audit findings within defined timelines and provide documentary evidence acceptable to auditors and the Bank. Act as audit SPOC for Security Network domains during RBI Audit, PCI-DSS Audit, IS Audits, VAPT audits and Internal/External audits. Hands-on experience in audit preparation, evidence collection, compliance gap closure and presenting responses to auditors. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 standards and maintain required documentation. Assist design/architecture teams in planning secure network architecture for new branches/projects ensuring security best practices from day one. Ensure network devices are configured as per Bank security policy, OEM best practices and secured network architecture guidelines. Configure, manage and troubleshoot Firewalls, IPS/IDS and perimeter security devices across the network. Remediate vulnerabilities reported by OEMs, CERT-In, SOC, ISD, Security teams, Government agencies and other audit bodies within defined SLA. Perform device hardening activities and implement security baselines on routers, switches, firewalls and servers. Configure access control lists (ACLs) on network devices to provide selective resource access and strengthen perimeter security. Implement and manage Network Address Translation (static/dynamic NAT) as per bank policies. Configure and administer TACACS+/RADIUS servers for centralized authentication and authorization. Implement authentication mechanisms such as PAP, CHAP and AAA on network/server devices. Implement encrypted password management, role-based access control, and privilege separation on network/security devices. Ensure secure configuration of console/modem/terminal access and disable insecure services such as reverse telnet by default. Ensure prompt resolution of tickets raised by application owners and stakeholders as per SLA. Coordinate with Field Engineers for troubleshooting of critical branches/offices and major incidents. Own incident and change requests, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Identify, analyse, and mitigate network and security threats while ensuring adherence to SBI security policies and standards. Support senior technical teams in project deployments, migrations, and configuration rollouts. Perform onsite/offsite implementation, installation, configuration and upgrades of network/security devices when required. Handle escalations from L1 teams and provide L2 level support for complex security and network issues. Maintain audit and compliance documentation including SOPs, hardening checklists, evidence records and risk registers. Participate in VAPT remediation, patch compliance review, policy compliance review and continuous monitoring activities. Basic awareness and working knowledge of ISO 27001/20000/9001 controls, audit life cycle, and certification maintenance processes. ######
