Senior engineer-Quality/ Assistant Manager- Quality

Ensure successful completion of ISO audits by maintaining full compliance with applicable standards and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Maintain a robust supplier quality system by conducting evaluations and audits that result in improved supplier performance and reliability. Drive resolution of supplier-related issues through effective analysis and closure of SCARs, ensuring long-term corrective actions are implemented. Sustain high levels of in-house product and process quality by overseeing quality systems and ensuring adherence to defined standards. Reduce assembly-related failures by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions that prevent recurrence and improve production efficiency. Support successful new product launches by leading PPAP activities that ensure all quality documentation and validation requirements are met. Enhance customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs by managing complaints effectively, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. Ensure timely and effective execution of 8D problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for all significant quality issues.
