REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a strong technical background with Java (Capable) - Web related: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular 2, Angular 4, Angular 6, Angular 8, Angular JS, Ember.js, Vue.js, Java 8 / 9 / 10, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Unit testing, Microservices architecture (MSA), REST, Cloud development

• 3-5 years of programming experience in Java, Vue JS
• Experience manually calling web APIs that input JSON using tools, such as Postman or command line
• Expertise in front technology like VueJS
• Capability to work efficiently in both roles as an Individual Contributor (IC) or as a Team player.
• Good team player - mentor, guide, and lead other developers & team members in building robust, highly resilient data processing pipelines.
• Encourage the use of correct coding practices through aggressive code reviews and the TDD approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
