About the Role - Main Responsibilities




Designation: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager-Maintenance. Having 2-4 years of experience in plant maintenance, aware of TPM, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.

Provide consistent leadership and ensure faster execution and improved coordination across maintenance projects. Address operational and strategic gaps by driving initiatives that reduce downtime and safeguard productivity.


Role: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Maintenance.

Manage the maintenance function to support the plant's ability to meet expansion goals and achieve sustainability targets. Ensure uninterrupted operations by reducing reliance on rotating Shift Engineers and maintaining project continuity, like NetZero, IOT implementation, etc.
