Role Overview
As a Senior Engineering Manager in Service Engineering, you will be a key driver in transforming how Maersk manages and delivers technology services, platforms, and automation at global scale. You will lead engineering teams that build, run, and evolve Maersk's core collaboration and productivity platforms - including ServiceNow, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Miro, Power Platform (incl. Power Automate), and Power BI - alongside the Maersk Application Catalog (MAC), which sits at the center of our enterprise application ecosystem.
You will be responsible for defining the technology vision, building high-performing engineering teams, and driving best-in-class platform adoption, automation, and user experience across Maersk. By combining open-source engineering, automation, and SaaS platform strategy, your teams will deliver unified, API-first services that integrate assets, incidents, change, applications, and analytics into a single connected view for the enterprise.
