The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Technical skills Years of experience: Minimum 5 years to 8 years of experience Educational Qualification: B.E (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing) or equivalent Design of machine components, piping weldments etc. Design and Selection of OEM Mechanical Component - PEMs, Weld Fittings, other fasteners etc. Experience in ANSI/ASME standards, Tolerance Stack-up Analysis. Problem solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in 3D Modelling, Mechanical routing, Assembly and Detailing using NX or any CAD packages. Produce and check complex piping plans and layouts, piping isometrics sketches in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures. Isometric generation from Process P&ID\'s. Clash checking for pipe clashes. Knowledge on Stress Analysis.
