ROLE OBJECTIVE
As Senior Engineer/Engineer Supplier Quality & Development - Electrical & Electronics Parts
the incumbent:

• Responsible to develop the Electrical & Electronics parts to meet QCD targets
• Comply the Procurement Policies, Process to ensure Part development on time with PPAP sign off.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct technical review with supplier based on Drawing, testing standard & Part quality Plan
• New Parts development at supplier site with systematic approach like Gantt Chart, Project plan etc
• Drive supplier quality activities such as APQP, PPAP, CAPA including continuous improvement techniques to minimize process variation and achieve process control at supplier
• Work with supplier for NPD and VA/VE projects closely.
• Problem solving with systematic approach with supplier & coordinate to stakeholder concerns
• Leads the suppliers tooling validation with capacity & Capability review.
• Work closely with Quality teams to maintain and update supplier performance scorecards, supplier audit procedures and policies, approved supplier listing and supplier risk assessments.
• Utilizes internal functional customer feedback as an input to drive continuous improvements
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Experience to deal in commodity like electrical & electronics (wiring harness, connectors, pcb etc.)
• Preference for experience in Lithium -Ion Battery
• Work experience in SAP MM module

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical /Electrical) with 3-5 years or Diploma 6 to 8 Years of experience in relevant manufacturing industry
• Age: Around 24- 30 years
• Time management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
• Supplier relationship & Problem solving
• Sound knowledge of Manufacturing process
• 30 to 40% travelling at supplier site
