The Global Stores and Supply Chain Solution Delivery organization is responsible for delivering technology solutions to drive growth, enable efficiency, and improve customer experience at the front-line in our stores and managing various supply chain related solutions within TJX IT.

The Data & Analytics function thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and working diligently to address their needs, which support TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced solution delivery team, you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think creatively.


As we expand our capabilities, we are growing our presence in India to include a new focus on Data Analytics. Associates in India will work closely with global teams to mature and scale our services.

What you'll do

We seek a motivated, talented Senior Engineer with good understanding of cloud architecture, data warehousing, data modeling concepts to help design enterprise data engineering and reporting solutions across global stores organization.


You will be working with product teams, architecture and business partners to strategically plan and deliver the product features by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will need to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development while keeping product quality and security as the priority. You will be responsible for most design and technical decisions within assigned scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and deploy Data Analytics solutions using Snowflake, Data Bricks, and Azure Data Factory services to meet business requirements Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data. Develop and maintain data models for analytics and reporting Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms) into centralized data warehouses or lakes. Work closely with product teams, architects, and data scientists to deliver data solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Guide junior engineers and provide best practice recommendations. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Data engineering standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data analytics and cloud technologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Develop solid understanding of the end-to-end business application processes. Recommend enhancements to improve reporting efficiency and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domain 5+ years of strong development experience with medium to large data warehouse solutions while working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) environment. Strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, and API integrations Hands-on experience in leading and delivering medium to large scale projects end to end whilst maintaining good understanding of Coding standards, Performance tuning and database concepts. Demonstrated leadership in the fields of data warehousing, database, or data science. Strong communication and influence skills. Solid team player with mentorship skills. Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals. Shows a positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude. Strong automation and engineering mindset. Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Profiling, DevSecOps practices, production deployments, and test planning.

environments for deployment and troubleshooting. Familiarity with

scheduling tools

(e.g., Control-M, Autosys, Azure Scheduler, or equivalent) for managing batch jobs and workflow automation.

Nice To Have

Programing languages like C#, .Net, Spark, Python, PySpark. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service NOW. Knowledge of IT Security & Compliance ADLS (Azure Data Lake Storage)
