Job Description

1. Project Planning and Mobilization

Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts. Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirement forecasts before execution begins.

2. Site Setup and Coordination

Supervise site establishment: access roads, site office, utilities, and storage areas. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for site readiness.

3. Structural Layout and Surveying

Ensure proper setting out of grids, levels, and reference points using total station or auto level. Verify that foundation and column layouts match approved drawings.

4. Material and Resource Management

Approve quality of incoming construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.). Monitor inventory, issue materials, and prevent wastage.

5. Supervision of Structural Works

Oversee all structural stages -- excavation, footing, column, slab, beam, and RCC works. Ensure reinforcement, formwork, and concreting comply with design and safety standards.

6. Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct regular inspections and testing of concrete, steel, and other materials. Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure corrective actions for any deviations.

7. Coordination with Consultants and Clients

Attend coordination meetings; update clients on progress, issues, and technical clarifications. Manage drawing revisions, RFI (Request for Information), and approvals.

8. Safety and Compliance

Enforce safety protocols on site (PPE, scaffolding checks, safe lifting practices). Ensure compliance with local construction and environmental regulations.

9. Progress Monitoring and Reporting

Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against schedule. Report delays, risks, and mitigation measures to the Project Manager.

10. Handover and Documentation

Oversee completion of structural works, snag list, and final inspections. Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, and documentation for project handover.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
