Hands-on experience in vibration and shaker machine operations, including durability testing using pneumatic and hydraulic accessories. Proficient in conducting tests in climatic chambers and ovens, including evaluation and documentation of test results. Basic knowledge of polymer material testing methodologies and standards. Experienced in managing operational activities and coordinating effectively with test engineers to ensure smooth test execution. Skilled in preparing test reports, interpreting test results, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and laboratory quality management practices. Capable of evaluating test feasibility and determining appropriate test setups and procedures. Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Experience & Further Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.

5-8 years

of experience in testing and validation, preferably in automotive, engineering, R&D, or accredited laboratory environments. Experience working under ISO/IEC 17025 or similar quality systems is an advantage. Strong hands-on experience with vibration/shaker machines and durability testing systems. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic test accessories. Working knowledge of climatic and environmental testing equipment. Basic understanding of polymer material testing. Ability to interpret technical data and test results. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Proficiency in test planning, execution, and documentation.
