Role Summary:

Responsible for design and development of

chassis, frame, and suspension systems

using Creo. The role requires strong domain expertise and experience in automotive product design and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Design and develop below components & systems in Creo.Frame, Suspension- Front, Suspension-Rear, Brake, Hanging pedal, Steering+EPS, Wheel.
Dash support, Mid Module +Seat belt+Battery Mount, Rear Module+Seat belt+CMP, OPS+Canopy Mouting+Speaker
Lead packaging studies, strength validation, and concept-to-detail design activities.
Perform design reviews ensuring compliance to performance, safety, and manufacturability.
Coordinate with analysis, manufacturing, and validation teams.
Support DFMEA and design documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

8-10 years of experience in

Creo-based product design

.
Hands-on in

chassis, frame, suspension design

(BIW, weldments, brackets, etc.).
Good understanding of

materials, joining techniques, and vehicle integration

.
Exposure to

PLM tools (Windchill, Teamcenter)

preferred.

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
