The CSW platform team develop software for Steering Control units used in Steer-by-Wire and for Highly Autonomous Driving vehicles

As a Software Engineer in CSW (Architecture & Integration & Testing )Platform for Electronic Power steering (EPS) you will be responsible for

• Creates software architectural design (target architecture )in EA and System desk by interfacing with system architecture team
• Participates in the software requirements specification review
• Creates safety analysis report and dependent failure analysis
• Reviews software integration test specification
• Assists the software project manager in technical aspects
• Planning and integration of internal and external software components in Architecture and source code from multiple teams internal external
• Development of strategies to efficient and continuous integration
• Debugging and analyzing integration problems
• Execute automation test scripts and Perform unit/integration tests (incl. integration test on development branch)
• Contribute to software process and method improvement activities
• Comply and fulfill Bosch software development process and industry development standards (ASPICE, ISO26262)
• Support assessments and audits to verify ISO26262 and ASPICE
• Supporting the customer projects to derive the contents from platform and analyze problems reported
• As a Scrum Master , responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demo and retrospective meetings and supporting in PI planning

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in PI Planning and create Iteration plans and Team PI Objectives
• Develop and commit to Team PI Objectives and iteration goals
• Estimate the size and complexity of their work
• Use pairing and other practices for frequent review
• Determine the technical design in their area of concern, within the architectural guidelines
• Conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities Implement and integrate changes in small batches
• Create the work products defined by their features Test the work products defined by their features
• Support and/or create the automation necessary to build the continuous delivery pipeline
• Continuously improve the team's process

Qualifications

Qualifications

BE/Btech ( Electronics,

Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication),

• Extensive experience working on all parts of the Software Testing Life Cycle
• Knowledge of tools like DOORS, , JIRA, Bitbucket
• Experience in Continuous integration with Jenkins is preferred
• Experience with measurement and calibration tools like CANalyzer, CANape, INCA
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Perl etc is an added advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safety-standards such as ASPICE/CMMI, ISO 26262
• Passion for automotive engineering.
• Team player with good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
