Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Analyse project requirements, study drawings, documents and identify key technical and commercial aspects

Prepare and submit queries and get it clarified by coordinating with Consultants / architects

Attend Prebid meetings

Make preliminary site visits

Coordinate with purchase, contracts and required departments to collect necessary rates of required resources

Prepare accurate cost estimates, timelines, and tender documents

Review contract terms and conditions and make recommendations

Timely submission of tenders

Participate in tender negotiation meetings and negotiate with clients

Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Support the execution team in the handover of projects

Building relationship for business development

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience

Proven experience in tendering or quantity surveying or billing in a contractor firm

Strong technical and commercial acumen

Good communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in using MS Excel
