Job Title-Senior Engineer - Candidates with SOLAR PROJECT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE,is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling

-Manage and oversee the proper handling, storage, and inventory of solar components like panels, ECDB (Electrical Control Distribution Board), batteries, and other critical equipment.

Solar Project Lifecycle

- Lead solar power project execution, including surveys, design, installation, and system commissioning (from survey to system charge).

Site Supervision

- Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Project Survey and Feasibility Studies

- Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate technical and environmental feasibility.

Material Logistics

- Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and efficient use of solar materials and equipment for project requirements.

System Installation and Testing

- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems to ensure seamless operation.

Regulatory Compliance

-Ensure compliance with all renewable energy standards, safety guidelines, and local regulations.

-

Documentation and Reporting

-Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records for review.

Team Leadership

-Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians to achieve project goals efficiently.

-

Coordination with Vendors

- Collaborate with vendors for timely procurement of materials and necessary technical support.

-

Performance Optimization

- Post-installation, monitor system performance and implement measures to optimize energy output.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
