JOB DESCRIPTION D Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position 1 Review of Customer specifications/inputs and identify scope 2 Follow the departmental and PMO Processes 3 Generate Project Design documents -FDS/MODBUS map,I/O list, as per project VDRL. 4 Engineering Design freeze (System Architecture, P&ID and Control Narratives) 5 Customer Engagement which includes customer KOM, Customer Queries, resolving deviation to specifications 6 Ensure Quality of the Project documentation 7 Configure Flow computers /controlles /PLC use database and HMI graphics/created Reports 8 Perform Pre-FAT and FAT and SAT with customer /site travel involved E Desired Educational Qualification Minimum Qualification - Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 5- 6 years of experience preferably with oil and gas background F Technical Skills / Knowledge Required 1 Hands on Experience of S600+, OMNI and Emerson DeltaV based Metering Flow Computer\'s preferred, and Truck loading Batch Controlles or PLC , experience in any HMI(Wonderware/iFIx/Cimplicity ) 2 Verify Calculations as per Metering (AGA-8, AGA-7, or API) Measurement standards preferred 3 Excellent hands on Experience on PLC/SCADA, HMI, Batch Controllers / Truck or Ship Loading/Unloading Controllers 4 Experience on Liquid or GAS, Fiscal or Custody Transfer Metering Knowledge, Provers and Master Meters
