Job Summary
The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the stability and security of SharePoint environments through effective management of TLS and SSL configurations. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality support, troubleshooting issues, and driving enhancements in alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Sharepoint Security Features By Troubleshooting Tls And Ssl Configurations, Ensuring Compliance With Security Standards And Resolving Issues Promptly.
2. Provide Client Support By Monitoring And Analyzing Ticket Resolutions Related To Sharepoint Security, Ensuring Timely Responses And Adherence To Quality Standards.
3. Create And Maintain Documentation For Enhancement Activities And Cmmi Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Client Requirements And Project Specifications.
4. Offer Technical Guidance To Junior Developers On Best Practices For Sharepoint Security Management, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing And Continuous Improvement.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Sharepoint Security Protocols, Specifically Tls And Ssl.
2. Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Enhancing Sharepoint Environments.
3. Good Communication And Presentation Skills For Client Interactions.
4. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation Standards And Processes.
