Build inroads in upcoming business segments by positioning Products & Services
4. Manage key customer relationship
Develop cordial & healthy relationship across all levels of customer's organization
Enhance customer satisfaction by value added services & customized solutions
Transfer system knowledge, key trends & help upgrade customer skills
Collaborate with plants, & allied functions like Marketing, AE to deliver best customer experience
5.Engage with customers for New Product Development
Develop strong understanding about customer's product development roadmap & next 2 year's strategy
Participate in SSI OEMs product development plan by ensuring Product qualification
Conduct competition analysis & position Copeland product
Education and Professional Qualifications:
BE (Mech)
Requirements and Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in engineering with specialization in Mechanical/Refrigeration
Management degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
Min. 8 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High on Customer-`orientation, Interpersonal relationship
Superior Communication skills
Assertive, Outspoken, Clarity of thoughts
Ready to travel extensively
Ability to resolve conflicts & comfortable with ambiguous situation
Should be expert in MS Office applications, SalesForce (CRM Tool)
Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought
